" How we thank you for the delicious meals you send us by your incredible volunteers. Today my blood sugar dropped since I had postponed lunch until after our son's called from Denver. I made it to my lounging chair and Paul brought me this delicious meal of rice with beans, corn and a breast of chicken. He had to cut it up for me, I was so weak, but in a few minutes after several bites I was great. Only time I ever have had that happen.
I want to thank you and all those who help. I was 83 last week and Paul is 84 - we truly appreciate every single one who helps get those much needed meals to us and others.

5 Days A Week!
Meals on Wheels is a delivery service for individuals who are unable to prepare a hot meal for themselves. Meals are prepared by professionals at hospitals, nursing or retirement homes. Meals include a hot entree, vegetable, salad, dessert, bread, butter and beverage.
Meals are planned by a dietitian.
People Who Qualify...
Probably Are Neighbors
Persons of any age, race or economic status who are unable to prepare or shop for their own meals , will likely qualify.
